September in Chania is usually gorgeous, with sunny days around 25–30°C and evenings cooling down to a pleasant 19–21°C. Since our wedding ceremony is outdoors, don’t forget a jacket to stay cosy once the sun sets. Pack a swimsuit too, because the beaches here are too tempting to resist!
Getting around is easier with a car, but taxis and buses work if you prefer not to drive. Just a heads-up, taxis can be pricey, buses a little unpredictable, and Cretan drivers… let’s say they have their own sense of adventure on the road!
